Biography
Alex completed his undergraduate studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he dual-majored in Physics and Mathematics. He worked on free-space quantum networking at Brookhaven National Lab and on quantum ghost imaging at the University of Rochester before joining Yale in 2025. His current research interests focus on cavity optomechanics and quantum acoustics. Outside of academics, Alex enjoys chess, cooking, and geography.
